Southwest Swag King Since 1995 Perv’s unique Southwest Swagger style and versatile flow have distinguished him from any other emcee in the game. Perv was raised in the back streets of Phoenix and at age 16, decided to take a new approach to life after the loss of his eldest brother. He decided to pick up a microphone. Battling in various Arizona clubs, he established a solid reputation as one of AZ’s most elite lyricists.

After defeating many of Arizona’s more skilled emcee’s Perv earned a spot to compete on Power 98.3 FM’s live Freestyle battles. He was crowned “Power 98.3 FM’s Battle Champion” and retired to their hall of fame. Perv took this experience and in 2006 put it to use on his debut album “From A-Z” with his group No Remorse.

His debut sold over 50,000 copies throughout the southwest and earned him his title as the “Southwest Swag King”. Perv has collaborated with several established artists such as Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, BrownBoy, Spice1, Zig Zag, Baby Bash, as well as AZ’s own M.C. Magic. Shortly therafter he was featured on the cover of Expoz magazine as one of Arizona’s rawest unsigned talents.

Fast Forward to the present In 2008, Perv was signed to one of AZ’s hottest record labels, RhythmHouse Platinum Entertainment where he released his solo debut album titled “The Testament”.

Perv’s extreme versatility showcases his ability to capture audiences of any race, age, or gender with his lyrical wordplay, catchy hooks and one of a kind production. Regarding Hip-Hop, most regions have their own characteristics and identifying sounds. Perv is the voice of the Southwest. His swagger that is unmatched by any emcee to date.
